It was confirmed by Kirk thru Down's Facebook that they're currently in Nodferatu's Lair, recording material for "Down IV". It's still unclear whether Rex is with them or he's been replaced by Crowbar's Pat Bruders, but, as Pepper said in a recent interview, he’s not out of the band, but he’s not playing with them either.
